The 2026 World Canal Congress Exhibition will be held at this luxurious hotel located on the banks of the Li River, providing an excellent platform for exhibitors to showcase their products.
In addition to the dedicated exhibition time, the attending representatives will also have the opportunity to have easy communication and interaction in front of the booth. We suggest that you keep relevant materials on your desk all day long.

Exhibition hall opening hours

Wednesday, September 23th, 9:00 pm to 21:00 pm
It is strongly recommended that exhibitors arrange for staff to be stationed at their booths during their break time
Booth Demolition
The booth demolition work will begin at 12:00 on Thursday, September 24th and must be completed before 12:00 pm on Friday, September 25th
Booth Facilities
Each exhibitor will receive a 2-meter table and 2 folding chairs

Encourage exhibitors to include brand gifts in their display scope (with approximately 400 or more attendees)
Selling items is allowed, but exhibitors are fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules
The organizer of the conference has the right to decide on its own to prohibit any project deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the conference theme
